ENROLLMENT DETAILS:

To register your child for classes, you may fill out the online form below, or you may request a paper copy by emailing Krista at kburbach3@neb.rr.com .

If you are registering more than one child, you will have to compete a seperate registration for each.

Classes will fill on a first come, first served basis.  Please understand that tuition prices remain the same whether or not your child attends every class.  If you are coming to a free preview class, or are registering after the class/session has already started, class tuition will be prorated accordingly.  Please call 402-770-7773 for exact amounts.

NOTE:  Signing and submission of the registration form gives your permission to Kindermusik with Krista to photograph, record and/or video tape the student and/or their family for the purpose of historical documentation and/or promotional advertising opportunities.  If you would prefer to NOT give permission, please include that note in the comments section of the registration form.
