PAYMENT/POLICIES/DISCOUNTS

Payment Policy: The materials fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.  The tuition fee is due by the first class or you may elect to pay in 4 equal monthly installments.  Payment installment due dates are as follows:
                   September = First day of class
                   October - December = 15th of each month

You may pay using the following options - 
          1)  Check - For payment in full (including both materials and tuition) or for payment plan.  Send checks to Krista Burbach, 135 W. Chancery Ct., Lincoln, NE  68521.  
          2)  Credit Card - Only for payment in full (including both materials and tuition) at the time of enrollment.  Once your child's registration form has been submitted, go to the "Pay Now" page.
      

Registration Deadline:      August 30, 2010
       Registrations will be accepted after this date and throughout the semester, but will be charged a $5 late fee to cover the cost of expidited shipping for the home materials.

Open Enrollment = Students can join any class at any point during a session/semester.  Tuition will be pro-rated accordingly!  Materials are still recommended, but will not be required if joining after the 10th class of the semester.

Sibling Discount = take 20% off your second child's tuition, 50% off your third or more child's tuition! 

Refer-A-Friend = if you refer a friend who signs up for classes, you will receive $10 off your child's tuition.  Refer as many friends as you would like to save big $$$$!

          Note:  If paying by credit card, the Sibling and/or
        Refer-a-Friend discounts will be given to you at the
        first class as a refund check.

Refund Policy = Refunds for the materials fee will not be given if materials have already been ordered.  Refunds for tuition will be given on a case by case basis.  If a tuition refund is approved, a $10 studio fee will be retained from the original amount.  Refunds are not given for classes missed due to illness.  

Make-up Policy = If you must miss your regular class, you are more than welcome to catch it back up by attending any of the other classes scheduled at the Kindermusik with Krista studio!
